The MPS program benefits from access to some of the best teaching and research faculty at Cal Poly. Exposure to specialists in dairy microbiology, dairy chemistry, dairy processing, systems theory, lean manufacturing and leadership helps ensure our graduates are well prepared for management careers in dairy foods manufacturing. Our industry partners play an important role by providing guest speakers and field trip opportunities. The industry perspective brings balance to the program and focus to specific applications being taught in classrooms and laboratories.
